About the event
NIMBLE Mindset collaborated with the Roux Institute and the Mitchell Institute to produce the NIMBLE-Roux MILE event, bringing together Mitchell Scholars and alumni to explore new approaches to learning and problem-solving. The focus of the event was on the NIMBLE framework, a model designed to enhance adaptability and foster innovative thinking.
Mariette Wharton, a renowned expert in organizational innovation, highlighted the critical role of agility and continuous learning in today’s ever-changing landscape. Wharton explained how the NIMBLE framework can help professionals effectively address complex challenges.
The NIMBLE-Roux event featured interactive workshops and discussions where participants applied the NIMBLE principles to real-world scenarios. Mariette Wharton introduced a social entrepreneur living in a refugee camp in Kakuma, who presented a design challenge for an online learning platform focused on entrepreneurs living in a refugee camp. This helped provide innovative ideas for NIMBLE Mindset's AI-powered Learning Platform, which is currently in development. The event also offered valuable networking opportunities, enabling alumni to connect with peers and mentors, share insights, and collaborate on future projects.
