Women are significantly underrepresented in leadership roles, despite comprising nearly half the workforce. NIMBLE mindset decided to we shine the spotlight on inspiring, groundbreaking female leaders -- and provide an opportunity for Silicon Valley leaders to network with female change makers.

As another opportunity NIMBLE mindset is launching the youth innovator showcase in the event. This is for youth innovators who have at least one female member on their team. Contestents will be asked to share their ideas and goals. The winner will be invited to present their team and innovation at the Innovative Women in Business Gala event.
